Extra seats are $30/seat/mo on every plan.

How do monitor and detector limits work?

Tag monitor and anomaly detector limits are per seat and pooled across all your workspaces, so creating extra workspaces never bypasses a cap. Need more capacity? Add a seat ($30/mo, raises every quota) or, on Agency and Scale, buy a capacity pack ($20/mo) — each adds 1 hourly monitor, 3 daily monitors, and 5 detectors.

You're billed monthly from the date you subscribe — Pro at $59/month, Agency at $199/month, Scale at $499/month, plus $30/month per extra seat. Paddle handles all sales tax automatically.

What happens to my workspaces if I cancel or my payment fails?

Workspaces are paused: existing data stays readable, but no one can create or edit until the plan is renewed. You can still use Personal mode with the Free tier features.

Do team members need their own paid plan?

No. Members invited to a Pro or Agency workspace get premium features inside that workspace — even if their personal plan is Free.
